Oh my God! I just got a notice on my LJ home page that 7men1destiny is a year old today!

I can't believe it's been a whole year. It seems like it was only yesterday that quietcontrary, egorstandish and me got together and decided to start up a rewatch comm for all the new fans that were coming into the fandom, and old ones who wanted to revisit the joy that is Magnificent Seven.

Although the comm has been silent lately, I don't intend to give it up; my workload should decrease soon and I'll be able to devote more time to it. I've recently started painting again, and I would like to try my hand at the boys. I also want to bring back challenges, and graphic posts.

If you have something to contribute to the comm, please do. Let's mark 7men1destiny's first birthday properly.

Happy b-day, conjured_1 ! I hope it's the first in line of many truly magnificent ones. You've made us all happy in one way or another, and I hope some of that happiness finds its way back to you.

Hey! How come I wasn't notified of birthdays of egorstandish and quietcontrary?! I usually get notified about birthdays, and now I get back home after spending the holidays with my family, and find out that I missed sending best wishes to them. :(

Never mind, I'll try to make it up sometime soon. Hope you both had a wonderful time and enjoyed yourselves. Hugs all around!

Now, while I still have the time to post this: I'd just like to let you know that I'm working on those banners, it's just that all of a sudden there's this s**tload of work to do, so they'll probably not be ready before Monday.  I have everything ready, I found the pictures and have the layout already set up in my mind, I just need to find the time to sit down and actually *make* them!

So hold on just a while longer and I'll send them out ASAP!
